Operational Changes

Please read below for operational changes during the COVID-19 crisis.

CAPA Office Open by Appointment Only

In accordance with Los Angeles County's Road Map to Revovery guidelines, our offices are open to the public by appointment only. With the exception of our on-premise rallys, we will begin conducting all business as usual. This includes permitting, enforcement, and new client on-boarding.

Anyone visiting our offices will be required to have a face covering, and you will be asked to wait outside while we process your paperwork. Take a look at our office hours and as always, please call ahead...we're happy to be of service.

Parking Enforcement

Our inspectors will once again begin conducting parking inspections and will be available for "on-call" dispatches.

If someone is parked in your space, or is blocking access in or out of your parking spot, please contact us and we will send someone as soon as possible.

Please Note: In order for us to help you, you must be registered with us. Having a permit does not necessarily mean you're registered.

Parking Management

Our offices will be open to the public but you may also reach us via phone or email.

If you need to purchase a new permit, or renew an existing one, you may come to our office, call us to pay by phone, or pay online via the text or email reminder you received. We accept cash, check, money order, and credit card.
