Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic junior web developer to join our team. You will report directly to the director of online operations and assist with all functions of web development. Your primary focus will be to learn the codebase, fix bugs, enhance functionality and respond to requests from the team.

This part-time position (10 hours a week to start ) is ideal for a student studying web development or someone with a primary job who is looking to make some extra money and/or gain some web development experience. The work schedule is completely flexible! You will be able to work whichever days and hours are most convenient for you, and you will have the option to work remotely or in our office.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with all aspects of web development.
• Attending and contributing to company development meetings.
• Learning the codebase and improving your coding skills.
• Writing and maintaining code.
• Working on bug fixes.
• Responding to requests from the team.

Requirements

• General frontend development knowledge - HTML5, CSS3, jQuery, JavaScript.
• Programming experience with PHP/Laravel.
• Knowledge of MySQL/phpMyAdmin.
• Ability to work remotely.
• Own a laptop.

Description

Using our inspector portal on your smart phone, get a list of of the parking areas needing inspection. You decide when and where to inspect. You will check the parking areas for violations (i.e. oil slicks, non-op cars, no permits ) and document them. We will provide you with car lights for your roof, magnets for your doors and a safety vest. You will report directly to the director of field operations.

This is ideal for ride-share and food delivery drivers looking to add a new revenue stream to your day or night. The work schedule is completely flexible! You will be able to work whichever days and hours are most convenient for you.

Responsibilities

• Check inspector portal prior to inspecting any parking area.
• Follow inspection and documentation protocols.
• Follow communication scripts when communicating as an Inspector.

Requirements

• Have inspector lights and magnets on vehicle when inspecting.
• Return lights/magnets/vests to CAPA if not working for more than 2 weeks.
• Have a valid driver's license.
• Have a car with up-to-date registration.
• Have a smart phone.

We are in need of a sales representative to kick-start our sales team. Must be a self-starter, motivated, and hungry for the sale. (Experience in property management or parking enforcement a BIG plus! Bilinguals also a plus. ) 30% commission and a great opportunity to lead and build something big! There is a huge market for our services. We just need the right sales team grab it.

To start, this will be a commission-only position. However, as we grow we will need a full-time sales manager to run our sales department. This person could be you!

Responsibilities

• Bring in new clients. (No quota requirments. )
• Attend industry events. (Company will pay any related expenses. )
• Put together sales packages and products in coordination with Management team.
• Create sales pitch presentations.
