General Parking Area Rules

Abiding by the following "General" rules should keep your vehicle from being cited or towed pursuant to California Vehicle Code Section 22658 & 22500.1 unless property specific rules or regulations conflict with anything contained herein.
1. — Parking Permits

All vehicles must have a valid California Parking Authority issued permit. Expired, suspended, or deactivated permits are invalid. No sharing of stickers or single vehicle hanging permits.

2. — Expired Tags, Stored, & Non-Op Vehicles

Vehicles must be in running condition and used regularly. They must also display current Department of Motor Vehicle (DMV) tags. "New Vehicle" plates exempt for a reasonable period. Storage of miscellaneous items in your parking space is prohibited.

3. — Permit Visibility

Stickers must be attached to the inside of the windshield on the right or left lower portion. Hanging permit should be hung from rear view mirror. Permit number must be clearly visible at all times.

4. — No Double Parking

No double-parking unless allowed by property manager. Where double-parking is allowed, any vehicle blocking another vehicle which doesn’t have a valid permit will result in both vehicles getting towed

5. — Mechanical Work & Vehicles Leaking Fluids

Vehicle repairs or maintenance not allowed on or about the premises. Oil leaks must be fixed and cleaned up.

6. — Disabled Parking

Vehicles parked in disabled parking spaces or loading zones must display a valid DMV placard or plate in addition to a valid CAPA permit.

7. — No Back-In Parking

All Vehicles must park nose-in. Do not back into parking spaces. This may cause exhaust damage or discoloration to buildings, walls and landscaping.

8. — Red Zone, No Parking Areas, Driveways & Fire Lanes

No parking in these areas at anytime. No exceptions.
