Safe-List Property Rules

Placing your vehicle on our Safe-List means you will abide by the rules listed below. Violating any of the rules will immediately revoke* your authorization.

• Vehicle's DMV tags are current.
• Vehicle is not leaking fluids.
• No mechanical work on vehicle.
• No drinking in vehicle.
• No sleeping in vehicle.
• Vehicle is operational.
• No loud music from vehicle.
• No loitering in parking area.
• Resident may revoke authorization.
• When authorization expires, vehicle must be removed.
